📦 Shipping Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)

At Huzaifa Haziq Cloth, we aim to deliver your premium Boski fabric safely and quickly. Please read our shipping terms below for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe

We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Major Cities: 2–3 working days

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3–5 working days

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sale seasons, or extreme weather conditions.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available nationwide.

  • You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message after placing your order.

  • Orders that remain unconfirmed for 24 hours may be canceled automatically.

  • Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Courier riders are not allowed to open parcels before payment (standard courier rule).

📞 Order Confirmation

To ensure genuine orders:

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via call or WhatsApp.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • We Offer FREE SHIPPING All Over the Pakistan.

🔁 Failed Deliveries

A delivery is considered failed if:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The delivery address is incorrect

  • The customer refuses to accept the parcel

Repeated failed COD attempts may result in restriction of future COD orders for the customer.

📸 Parcel Checking & Claims

  • You may record an unboxing video for claim support.

  • Any issue (wrong item, defect, missing product) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

🌍 Areas with Limited Delivery

  • Remote/Non-serviceable areas may require extra delivery time.
